The Weitz Company is seeking a Construction Technology Solutions Specialist to bridge Operations and IT, improving construction processes through Procore and other platforms. The role focuses on system enhancements, user support, and driving adoption across project teams.

With 4+ years in construction tech, you’ll collaborate with Project Managers, Superintendents, and leadership to deliver measurable value and continuous improvements.

Formación

• 4+ years in the commercial construction industry or construction technology support.
• Experience improving business processes through technology solutions.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or similar field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Identify technology improvement opportunities with project teams and operations leadership.
• Serve as trusted advisor for construction technology solutions and translate business challenges into system improvements.
• Partner with project teams, operations, learning & development, IT, and vendors to deliver measurable value.
• Act as SME for Procore and other construction tech solutions.
• Provide advanced business process/application support for construction project teams.
• Assist with system configuration, process optimization, and standardization efforts while supporting project teams.
• Analyze business processes and recommend solutions to improve efficiency, quality, and user experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve data/reporting accuracy, quality, visibility, and decision-making.
• Assist with defining business requirements for integrations involving Procore, Workday, and other systems.
• Document current/future-state business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
• Support training, communication, and user-adoption efforts and gather feedback.
• Assist with creating training materials and facilitate sessions when needed.
• Promote consistent use of construction technology solutions across the organization.
• Develop understanding of Weitz project delivery processes and operational workflows.
