The ideal candidate brings hands-on Procore experience, strong understanding of construction lifecycles, and a passion for business process optimization with a data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Procore administrator, product owner, or power user in a construction/engineering environment
• Strong understanding of construction project lifecycles, compliance, safety and quality control
• Experience with business process analysis, project delivery, and change management
• Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) and turnover documentation
• Experience managing project deliverables, deadlines, and end users
• Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills
• Ability to work independently and across teams and functions

Responsibilities

• Lead or support multiple BPO functions including project management
• Business process mapping and analysis
• Product support and backlog management
• Business intelligence and reporting initiatives
• Document and analyze business processes, user requirements, and technology capabilities
• Develop and present recommendations for process and technology improvements
• Assist in identifying and implementing controls for business processes and technology solutions
• Serve as a key contact for Procore platform strategy, configuration, and user support across multiple teams
• Champion adoption and continuous improvement of Procore modules (RFIs, submittals, drawings, inspections, budgeting, daily logs, reporting)
• Conduct and support training of internal and external users
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define, streamline, and automate construction processes
• Support integration of Procore with other management platforms
• Document requirements for backlog tasks and projects
• Provide ongoing support for users (triage issues, configuration, testing)
• Gather/report data, develop dashboards, validate data sources
• Develop and maintain Power BI datasets/measures/visuals for Procore adoption
• Monitor and improve Procore data quality
• Troubleshoot reporting issues with IT/data teams
