We value employee development and are seeking innovative individuals to join our team and help maintain critical infrastructure worldwide.

We are currently looking for Construction Technicians / Laborers with valid CDL licenses to work in the Pittsburgh, PA area. Responsibilities include installing cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) for municipal, industrial, storm, and sewer line rehab projects. The role requires working with minimal oversight while following instructions closely.

We are offering a limited-time sign-on bonus of $4,000 for new hires with a valid CDL license. Bonuses for new hires without a CDL are available at a reduced amount. Full payout eligibility depends on meeting our bonus criteria.

The starting pay is hourly, with the potential to earn up to $75,000 annually including overtime, per diem, and other allowances. We provide 100% paid on-the-job training!

Responsibilities

• Repair sewer lines using specified products and techniques
• Prepare pull-in tubes, inspect D-Rings, chains, and attachments
• Install tubes using appropriate equipment
• Monitor equipment gauges and indicators
• Cure resin products with inflation tubes, banding boots, etc.
• Learn and train on our products, safety procedures, and installation techniques
• Drive various vehicles to transport crews and equipment
• Set up and clean up at job sites and shops

Qualifications

• Experience as a Construction Laborer or Installation Technician preferred
• OSHA certifications are a plus
• Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR
• Class A or B CDL required; Hazmat endorsement is a plus
• Ability to wear a respirator and harness in confined spaces
• Ability to lift/move up to 75 pounds and use pneumatic or electric tools
• Comfort working outdoors with moving vehicles and machinery
• Willingness to travel weekly, possibly out of state
