We value employee development and empowerment and are seeking innovative individuals to join our team and help maintain critical infrastructure worldwide.

We are currently looking for Construction Technicians / Laborers with valid CDL licenses to join our team in the Pittsburgh, PA area. Responsibilities include installing cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) for municipal, industrial, storm, and sewer line rehabilitation projects. The role requires working with minimal supervision while following instructions closely.

We are offering a limited-time sign-on bonus of $4,000 for new hires with a valid CDL license. Bonuses for new hires without a CDL license are also available at a reduced amount. Eligible employees who meet the criteria will receive the full payout.

The starting hourly pay can lead to an annual total earning potential of up to $75,000, including overtime, per diem, and prevailing wages on government projects. We provide 100% paid on-the-job training!

What You’ll Do:

• Repair sewer lines using specified products and techniques
• Prepare pull-in tubes for installation by inspecting D-Rings, chains, and attachments
• Install tubes with equipment like winches, backhoes, or cranes
• Monitor equipment gauges and indicators for proper operation
• Cure resin products using inflation tubes, banding boots, and other tools
• Learn and train on our products, safety procedures, and installation techniques
• Drive various vehicles to transport crews and equipment
• Assist with site setup and cleanup

What We Need From You:

• Experience as a Construction Laborer or Installation Technician preferred
• OSHA certifications are a plus
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
• Must possess a Class A or B CDL; Hazmat endorsement is optional
• Ability to wear a respirator and harness in confined spaces
• Ability to lift/move up to 75 pounds and use pneumatic or electric tools
• Comfort working outdoors with moving vehicles and machinery, with exposure to fumes or particles
• Must be able to travel weekly, including out-of-state trips
