Exscape Designs is seeking a Construction Technician to join our outdoors-focused team in the Ohio/Delaware area. This hands-on role involves building patios, walkways, retaining walls and other landscape features, with training provided.

You’ll learn construction techniques from experienced teammates, operate tools safely, and contribute to snow operations in winter. We offer competitive pay, health insurance, 401(k), paid holidays, and career growth opportunities.

Competenze

• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in all seasons.
• Must have a valid driver’s license or ability to obtain one before starting.
• Motivated individuals will be trained; experience in construction or landscaping is a plus.

Mansioni

• Assist with landscape, maintenance and construction projects (patios, walkways, walls).
• Prepare job sites using hand/power tools, dig trenches, move materials.
• Operate landscape equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe site and secure tools at day’s end.

Responsibilities

• Assist with landscape, maintenance, and construction projects, including building patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor features.
• Prepare job sites by using hand and power tools, digging trenches, and moving materials as needed.
• Operate landscape equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site, ensuring tools and materials are secured at the end of each day.
• Work collaboratively with experienced team members to learn new skills and construction techniques.
• Participate in snow operations during winter months to help keep properties safe.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., work outdoors in all seasons, and perform the physical demands of construction work.
• Valid driver’s license or ability to obtain one before starting.
• Experience in construction, landscaping, or equipment operation is a plus, but not required—motivated individuals will be trained.
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and completing projects to a high standard.
