Job summary

RDO Equipment Co. in West Haven, UT is seeking a dedicated Sales Support specialist for our UAV product line. You will partner with sales teams across RDO regions to keep opportunities moving, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a stress-free sales process.

Based in West Haven, you will handle documentation, finance paperwork, warranties, and logistics from quote through delivery, while using dealership and manufacturer systems to maintain accurate records and support monthly inventory.

Responsibilities

• Keep the sales process moving from quote to close, supporting Sales Managers and Sales Professionals.
• Prepare, review, and manage sales documentation, warranties, and system updates.
• Coordinate equipment from order to delivery and track logistics.
• Record sales activity in company systems and support inventory processes.
• Assist with financing and manufacturer programs and stay updated on incentives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service, Parts, and Yard teams to move deals efficiently.
