CORE is seeking a Construction Technology Specialist for our Midwest region, based in our Indianapolis office. The CT Specialist will train project teams nationwide, evaluate tools, and drive process improvements across construction software such as Procore, Viewpoint Vista, and Microsoft Project.

Ideal candidates have strong teaching and communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a willingness to travel within Indiana, Illinois, and to Frisco, TX for onboarding and national meetings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with construction technology
• Strong troubleshooting, critical thinking and decision making
• Positive, professional and empathetic attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong public speaking skills
• Willingness to learn and continuously improve
• Team player committed to client service
• Experience supporting local and remote users
• Willingness to travel across IL, IN and southern Michigan, and to HQ in Frisco, TX

Responsabilités

• Identify processes to improve and research/evaluate tools
• Proactive support and education of project teams on construction tech
• Teach classes based on standard curriculum and needs from leadership
• Onboard and educate new hires
• Roll out new processes and software to project teams
• Develop and maintain SOPs and best practices
• Maintain construction technology curriculum with the team
• Build connections with local Operations Directors and leadership
• Communicate clearly with Operations and CT leadership
• Develop knowledge of construction tech solutions including Procore, Viewpoint Vista and MS Project
