Job summary

CORE is seeking a Construction Technology Specialist to support our Midwest region from the Indianapolis office. The role involves teaching, troubleshooting, and guiding project teams in construction tech implementations, with travel to Illinois, Indiana, and beyond as needed.

Strong communication and customer-service skills are essential for maintaining national standards of efficiency. The successful candidate will develop curricula, onboard new hires, and collaborate with operations

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience with construction industry technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting, critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Excellent speaking and written communications; patient and empathetic demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Identify processes to improve and research tools to address issues.
• Provide proactive education to project teams on construction technologies.
• Deliver ongoing education through standard curricula and operation-led training.
• Onboard and educate new hires; develop SOPs and best practices.
• Maintain construction technology curriculum with team collaboration.
• Build strong connections with local leadership and operations.
• Communicate clearly with operations and CT leadership; stay current on solutions such as Procore and Viewpoint Vista.
