• Basic understanding of GNSS principles, machine control systems, and site positioning technology.
• Must be able to read and interpret common construction data formats.
• Must think quickly to handle customer situations and produce immediate results.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for customer interactions.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Proficiency with computers, tablets, and basic diagnostic tools.
• Occasional travel to customer sites and flexible hours.
• Must have an excellent driving record.
