Job summary

SITECH Louisiana is seeking a Sales Engineer to cover the North Louisiana territory. You will be the primary technical contact for sales, providing product training and demonstrations and assisting clients in selecting the best Trimble solutions for their dirt moving projects.

Ideal candidates have extensive Heavy Civil Construction experience and a background in machine control and site positioning software. Health, dental, 401K and PTO are among the benefits offered to full-time employees.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Heavy Civil Construction.
• 2+ years supporting and training on Trimble or similar software.
• Experience in advanced grading.
• Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary source of sales support and training for internal and external customers.
• Maintain technical expertise of Trimble products.
• Assist clients in selecting products or services based on needs, functionality, quality, price and delivery.
• Prepare and provide technical sales demonstrations and training.
• Serve as primary technical contact for sales.
• Communicate with sales and tech support to solve client problems.
• Drive information to aid in product and service improvement.
• Support marketing by attending trade shows and events.
• Monitor trends and procedures to manage daily operations.
