Job summary

NexGen, the self-perform arm of Gray Construction, seeks a Project Services Coordinator to join the Corporate team in Franklin, TN. This role supports administration and governance of construction technology platforms across NexGen projects.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree or equivalent with 2+ years of construction experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of related construction experience or 4+ years in lieu of a degree.
• Strong technical aptitude and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration and governance of construction technology platforms.
• Create and maintain project records, user accounts, and access.
• Provide day-to-day user support for office and field staff.
• Assist onboarding and system access management.
• Develop and update SOPs, work instructions, and training materials.
• Assist in training and user communications.
• Generate reports, dashboards, and data exports.
• Support onboarding and compliance for trade partners.
• Track system licensing, registrations, and compliance.
• Coordinate with Operations, Safety, Legal, Finance, and IT.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and tech optimization.
• Support team operations through docs and special projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
