Bourgade Catholic High School in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an experienced leader to serve as the CTE Program Director & Facility Coordinator for the new Construction Technologies program. You will drive the facility launch, oversee contractor coordination, and shape the hands-on curriculum to prepare students for high-demand careers.

This role requires strong project management, safety leadership, and the ability to build industry partnerships while mentoring high school students.

Qualificações

• Comprehensive trade knowledge across construction trades; hands-on experience in residential/commercial methods.
• Deep commitment to job-site safety protocols and risk management.
• Experience in project management, crew leadership, site supervision, or running a trade-related business.
• Strong interpersonal skills and mentorship-oriented temperament for working with high-school students.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with school leadership, vendors, donors, and parents.
• Completed Safe Environment background check and clearance prior to hiring.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee facility launch and construction oversight with contractors, architects, and project managers.
• Develop an engaging, hands-on CTE curriculum aligned with standards and the school mission.
• Network with local construction firms, trade associations, and unions to secure partnerships and opportunities for students.
• Direct day-to-day shop activities post-launch, manage student projects, and ensure safety and professional ethics.
