Job summary

Charter One is seeking a full-time CTE Coordinator for our Applied Technologies campus in Arizona. The role oversees and manages CTE programs, develops curricula, builds industry partnerships, and ensures regulatory compliance, while guiding students toward career readiness.

The successful candidate will coordinate scheduling, provide instructor training, and work with district leadership to align CTE with district goals and labor market needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CTE, Education, or related field.
• Valid AZ IVP Fingerprint Clearance card.
• 3–5 years of experience in CTE or related field.
• Knowledge of career pathways and industry certifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement CTE curricula aligned with industry standards.
• Oversee multiple CTE programs across fields, ensuring compliance.
• Schedule classes and allocate resources (instructors, equipment, facilities).
• Collaborate with district leadership to align CTE with district goals.
• Provide guidance and professional development for CTE instructors.
• Use data to assess program effectiveness and drive improvements.
• Offer career exploration opportunities and counseling for students.
