Job summary

Charter One is seeking a full-time CTE Coordinator for our Applied Technologies campus in Arizona. You will oversee CTE programs, develop curricula, and foster industry partnerships to ensure student readiness for careers in healthcare, technology, manufacturing, and more.

The role requires coordinating schedules, ensuring regulatory compliance, and guiding instructors with ongoing training and industry certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CTE, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
• Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance card or willingness to obtain one.
• 3–5 years in CTE or related field (teaching, coordination, or industry work).
• Strong knowledge of career pathways, industry certifications, and workforce development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement CTE curricula that align with industry standards and student needs.
• Oversee multiple CTE programs across fields and ensure goals and compliance.
• Coordinate class schedules and allocate resources (instructors, equipment, facilities).
• Ensure compliance with state and federal CTE regulations and accreditation requirements.
• Provide training and professional development for CTE instructors to stay current.
• Assist students with career exploration and pathways to college or apprenticeships.
• Collaborate with school district leadership to align CTE with district goals.
• Use data and feedback to improve CTE programs and outcomes.
