Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience in construction or related fields.
• Experience with ATS and recruiting platforms.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple openings and prioritize demands.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting software.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Construction Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for construction and skilled trades.
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, networking events, trade schools, unions, and referrals.
• Manage ATS and recruiting records.
• Attend job fairs and industry events to build pipelines.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company hiring policies.
• Track metrics and report on hiring activity and pipeline status.
• Support workforce planning to meet project schedules.
