Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for construction and skilled trades positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines
• Utilize job boards, social media, networking events, trade schools, unions, and employee referrals to source candidates.
• Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and maintain accurate recruiting records.
• Attend job fairs, industry events, and community outreach programs to build talent pipelines.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and company hiring policies.
• Track recruiting metrics and provide regular reports on hiring activity, time-to-fill, and candidate pipeline status.
• Support workforce planning initiatives to meet project schedules and labor demands.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience; construction, skilled trades, engineering, or industrial recruiting experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple openings and prioritize competing demands.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and recruiting software.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for high-volume skilled trades positions.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
