Job summary

Caddell Construction is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to staff multiple locations, including Montgomery, AL. You will identify, engage, and attract skilled construction professionals, partnering with business unit leaders and hiring managers, and representing the company at career fairs to build a strong candidate pipeline.

You will develop recruiting strategies, conduct intake meetings, source candidates, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and support onboarding and employer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, marketing, communications, construction management, or related field.
• 2–5 years of talent acquisition or construction recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting construction or field positions preferred.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems; Greenhouse a plus.
• Construction industry experience is a strong plus.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Conduct intake meetings to capture position requirements and priorities.
• Recruit for engineers, project managers, superintendents, and field roles.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract active and passive candidates.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and coordinate interviews with Hiring Managers.
• Represent Caddell at college fairs and recruiting events.
