Job summary

Caddell Construction is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to identify, engage, and attract skilled professionals for our construction projects across multiple sites.

You will partner with Business Unit leaders and Hiring Managers, build candidate pipelines, and represent Caddell at career fairs while helping create a positive candidate experience. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2–5 years in talent acquisition, with construction recruiting experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Construction Management, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related recruiting function.
• Experience recruiting construction or field positions is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Business Unit leaders and Hiring Managers to understand current and future construction workforce needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Recruit for construction and field positions, including Project Engineers, Assistant Project Managers, Project Managers, Superintendents, and other roles.
• Develop sourcing strategies to identify active and passive construction talent.
• Screen resumes, interview, assess qualifications and fit for positions.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and coordinate interviews with Hiring Managers.
• Represent Caddell at recruiting events and college fairs.
