Job summary

Caddell Construction is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to identify, engage, and attract skilled professionals for our growing project portfolio. You will work with Business Unit leaders and Hiring Managers to build strong candidate pipelines across construction roles and early-career opportunities.

You will also represent Caddell at college recruiting events and craft innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, while managing candidate relationships through the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, construction recruiting, field recruiting, campus recruiting, or a related recruiting function.
• Experience recruiting construction or field positions is strongly preferred.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technology; Greenhouse experience is a plus.
• Construction industry experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Business Unit leaders and Hiring Managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Recruit for construction and field positions such as Project Engineers, Assistant Project Managers, Project Managers, Superintendents.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract active and passive talent.
• Represent Caddell at college career fairs and recruiting events.
• Maintain accurate candidate information in Greenhouse and recruit data.
