Job summary

Alston Construction is seeking a Recruiter to support management in building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline across markets. You will develop and implement recruiting strategies, coach managers on interviews, and partner with HR to attract top candidates.

AEC experience and a Bachelor's degree are preferred. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and selecting talent, leveraging social media, and maintaining relationships with candidates and hiring teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field.
• 2-4 years of full cycle recruiting experience.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of recruiting experience in the AEC industry, preferably with a general contractor.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and compliance of recruiting policies and programs.
• Promote the company's brand across professional networks to attract talent.
• Identify and acquire quality talent to meet staffing needs.
• Coach hiring managers on the recruiting process and interview techniques.
• Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and HR colleagues.
• Create and maintain a talent pipeline using social media and networking.
