Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a Talent Acquisition professional to own the full recruiting lifecycle for engineering and design roles, from sourcing to offer. You will partner with engineering leaders and workforce planning to support growth and future talent requirements.

You will build strong pipelines, map talent, and engage passive candidates through direct sourcing and relationship-based recruiting across EPC, industrial construction, energy, and manufacturing sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Seven+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Three+ years recruiting engineering/design/technical leadership talent in EPC/industrial sectors.
• Experience managing full recruiting lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, offers, hiring.
• Proven success identifying and recruiting passive candidates via direct sourcing.
• Strong understanding of engineering talent markets and competitive strategies.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for engineering and design positions from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Partner with engineering leaders, hiring managers, and workforce planning to support hiring needs and growth.
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract engineers, designers, technical specialists, and leadership.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines aligned with active hiring needs and business growth.
• Conduct talent mapping and identify passive candidates within targeted markets.
• Develop relationships with engineering professionals and industry networks to strengthen employer brand.
• Use sourcing tools and platforms to identify and engage qualified candidates.
• Screen, assess, and present qualified candidates with market intelligence and hiring recommendations.
• Track recruiting effectiveness, pipeline health, and market trends to improve hiring results.
