Job summary

Hargrove Engineers + Constructors is seeking an experienced Recruiting Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team in the United States. This role focuses on identifying and attracting top engineering, construction, and technical talent for EPC projects.

You will own full-cycle recruiting across multiple hiring managers, create sourcing strategies, manage job postings and employer branding, and coordinate interviews and offers while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for industrial, engineering, manufacturing, construction, energy, or technical positions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for professional, technical, onsite, and project-based positions.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract active and passive candidates.
• Create and manage recruiting campaigns, job postings, and employer branding initiatives.
• Screen, assess, and present qualified candidates for consideration.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communications, and hiring logistics.
