Job summary

Brahms Construction, LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the full-cycle recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers to fill roles efficiently. You will actively source candidates, screen for fit, and drive offers while supporting employer branding initiatives.

The role emphasizes building strong pipelines, using Paylocity for records, and delivering metrics-driven recruitment. Join a team focused on growth and quality staffing within the construction sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field.
• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting in the construction industry preferred; healthcare a plus.
• Familiarity with employment law preferred.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems; Paylocity a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• MS Office proficiency; HRIS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for assigned requisitions including posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluation and offer recommendations.
• Proactively source candidates through direct outreach, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other job boards.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles.
• Conduct phone screens and in-depth interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Build partnerships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and respond with tailored strategies.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in Paylocity and analyze recruiting metrics to improve performance.
• Support employer branding initiatives with Marketing and participate in career events.
• Champion inclusion and diversity in recruitment and help onboarding with HR colleagues.
