Job summary

Allan Myers is seeking an organized Construction Recruiter to proactively source, screen, and schedule interviews for hourly craft talent. This on-site role requires working from the regional office and collaborating with HR and Operations teams to expedite hiring decisions.

The candidate should have 2–5 years in HR or Recruiting, a Bachelor’s degree in Business or HR, and strong experience with ATS tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed, plus fluent written Spanish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or HR preferred.
• 2–5 years in HR, talent acquisition, or recruiting.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred with fluent written Spanish.
• Proven ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Experience with ATS and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed).
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook and learning new systems.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate with leadership, candidates, and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Source critical craft positions (Operators, Mechanics, Drivers, Laborers).
• Proactively source passive candidates.
• Conduct phone screens for craft candidates.
• Schedule face-to-face interviews with candidate and HR and Operations teams.
• Coordinate post-interview feedback with candidates.
• Participate in job fairs and in-house events.
• Expedite interview processes and update ATS.
• Assist HR Ops with candidate to new hire transition.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and Allan Myers processes.
• Provide direction in support of Allan Myers values and standards.
• Perform other related duties as required.
