Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Recruiter in the construction industry is preferred (3–5 years).
• Working knowledge of recruiting best practices.
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update job descriptions and specifications.
• Post jobs to ATS and appropriate job boards.
• Source and recruit candidates using databases and social media.
• Screen resumes and applications; conduct interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and collect feedback.
• Present offers to candidates and manage pre-employment steps.
