  • Monitor weekly installation plans (6WLA/CWA/IWP) for cleanroom scope progress and track critical path systems for schedule adherence.

Construction System Owner - Cleanroom Lead - Ohio - 12 months

Be part of a next-generation pharmaceutical project that is transforming how medicines are made. We're supporting a major new-build facility in Ohio, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We're looking for a Construction System Owner - Cleanroom Lead to support this project and help deliver this world-class program.

What you'll deliver:
  • Perform field verification of cleanroom architectural installations - finishes, partitions, and environmental envelope components - to confirm compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and validated submittals.
  • Witness and verify installation of cleanroom finishes, partitions, structural systems, and environmental envelope components to ensure alignment with GMP design intent.
  • Review contractor inspection records, quality documentation, and installation reports to confirm accuracy and completeness in support of commissioning and qualification readiness.
  • Observe field conditions - housekeeping, temporary barriers, dust control, and access management - to verify alignment with project standards and GMP expectations for controlled environments.
  • Monitor weekly installation plans (6WLA/CWA/IWP) for cleanroom scope progress and track critical path systems for schedule adherence.
What you'll need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, Architectural, or Construction Engineering, or equivalent field experience; strong knowledge of IBC, ACI, AISC, and OSHA standards.
  • Extensive field experience supporting CSA scope delivery on large pharmaceutical/GMP-regulated construction projects, with a focus on cleanroom and controlled environment construction.
  • Deep, hands-on experience with cleanroom architectural finishes (wall and ceiling panel systems, coved flooring, airlocks, doors, and sealants) and controlled environment construction requirements.
  • Strong technical understanding of building envelope construction, structural systems, and environmental envelope components as they relate to cleanroom performance.
  • Knowledge of relevant codes and standards, including IBC, ACI, AISC, and applicable GMP, safety, and construction regulations for controlled environments.
