Job summary

Hydrogen Group is seeking a Civil, Structural, Architectural Lead for a field-based role on a major US cleanroom construction program. Based onsite in Lebanon, Indiana, you will serve as technical authority for cleanroom installations, ensuring compliance with drawings, GMP and turnover requirements.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of CSA/cleanroom experience in pharma, strong knowledge of architectural systems, and proven contractor oversight. 12-month contract with extensions may follow.

Qualifications

• 7+ years field experience delivering CSA or cleanroom construction scope.
• Major pharmaceutical, biotech or GMP-regulated project experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of cleanroom architectural systems and finishes.
• Experience with contractor oversight and system turnover documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite oversight of cleanroom architectural installations
• Verify wall and ceiling panels, coved flooring, doors, airlocks, sealants and controlled environment finishes
• Review IFC drawings, technical specifications, submittals, RFIs and inspection records
• Identify installation deviations, quality risks and GMP compliance issues
• Support construction walkdowns, punch lists, inspections and turnover readiness
• Coordinate cleanroom interfaces with MEP, process, fire protection and other disciplines
• Monitor short-term installation plans and critical path activities

I’m supporting a market-leading pharmaceutical company with hiring for a Civil, Structural, Architectural Lead on one of the largest pharmaceutical manufacturing investments currently underway in the US.

This is a field-based position acting as the technical authority for cleanroom construction scope, ensuring installations meet approved drawings, specifications, GMP requirements and turnover expectations.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide onsite oversight of cleanroom architectural installations

• Initial 12-month contract with anticipated extensions
• Based onsite in Lebanon, Indiana, five days per week
• 40+ hours per week, with approximately 10 hours of overtime typically available
• W2 contract only, no C2C
