Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks a Sustainability Lead to drive green building and resiliency programs across Columbus markets. You will serve as SME, coach teams, and align projects with certification goals.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in construction or sustainability, plus LEED accreditation preferred. Expect travel and active collaboration with BUs and clients on strategic pillars and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 7+ years construction or sustainability experience.
• LEED accreditation or equivalent green building credential preferred.
• Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate sustainability initiatives within the unit and market.
• Develop relationships with subcontractors, clients and suppliers on sustainability goals.
• Coach project teams and leadership on sustainability programs and certifications.
• Support business development and client engagement on sustainability opportunities.
• Oversee trainings, charrettes, and project reviews for measurable improvements.
