Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of construction experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to read, interpret contracts, drawings, specs and schedules.
• Experience applying BIM/Lean techniques on projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct and coordinate management of multiple projects.
• Develop and maintain Master Project Schedule and budget oversight.
• Foster owner, architect, subcontractor and vendor relations.
• Ensure QA/QC and safety programs are followed on site.
• Oversee field operations, engineering processes and procedures.
• Support payment processes and regular ORM updates.
• Drive adoption of Turner initiatives and technology.
