Turner is seeking an Experienced Sustainability Manager to lead and oversee the implementation of its regional Sustainability program in Orlando, FL. This role will align with the ESG strategy and collaborate with regional leadership to drive sustainable outcomes across projects.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 8+ years of construction or sustainability experience, and LEED accreditation or equivalent knowledge.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Environmental, or related field.
• 8+ years of construction and/or sustainability experience.
• LEED accreditation or experience with green building rating systems is a plus.

• Develop and manage implementation of regional Sustainability program aligned with ESG strategy.
• Participate in National Sustainability network to share best practices across regions.
• Coach and develop volunteer teams to support regional Sustainability strategy.
• Collaborate across departments to implement regional Sustainability program and accountability.
• Contribute Sustainability expertise to secure business development opportunities.
• Manage data tracking for Sustainability initiatives and support annual reporting.
• Lead Sustainability launch meetings, charrettes, and design reviews to promote Turner Sustainability offerings.
• Conduct site visits and status reviews for client and Turner requirements.
