Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in administrative, operations, or project support roles at McKenney's, incl. 2+ years in leadership.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, and Tableau.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience creating job plans, interviewing, and hiring.
• Ability to build strong relationships across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Construction Leadership to build out the structure of the construction support team and cross-train team members.
• Develop Team Leads to steer the branches of the construction support team.
• Lead, manage, and develop support staff, providing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee daily workflow to ensure timely and accurate completion of administrative and project support tasks.
• Act as a liaison between project managers, field teams, and internal departments to streamline communication.
• Develop metrics to monitor support team productivity, setting measurable goals and ensuring alignment with departmental objectives.
• Develop, implement, and maintain best practices for documentation, reporting, and process consistency.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning to support project and department needs.
• Coordinate and lead meetings to share updates, review priorities, and address challenges.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and industry standards.
• Provide problem resolution for escalated issues from internal teams, vendors, or customers.
• Partner with Construction Leadership to support organizational initiatives and change management efforts.
• Prepare construction support team for upcoming ERP migration and other organizational initiatives.
• Pursue avenues to integrate new technology into processes and systems, and support and encourage the team in technology upskilling efforts.
