Job summary

Construction Resources is seeking a Branch Manager in Georgia to oversee all operations of the branch, drive sales, manage staff, and maintain strong client relationships. You will lead daily functions, ensure budget adherence, and promote the company’s mission within the community.

You will recruit, coach, and develop a high-energy team, monitor inventory and fulfillment, and implement procedures to maximize profitability while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field.
• 3-5 years of strong management experience in sales, warehouse and inventory management.
• Experience in recruiting, coaching, training, and leading a branch or retail showroom sales team.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and develop staff.
• Enjoy working in busy, fast paced, high energy environment.
• Strong communication with clients and internal employees.
• Minimum customer service experience of two years.

Responsibilities

• P&L accountability – managing finances to an agreed-budgeted P&L.
• Drive team to achieve annual and monthly sales/revenue goals.
• Oversee and maintain the integrity and accuracy of the physical inventory.
• Active involvement with escalated customer requests as needed.
• Ensure proper staffing levels and staffing processes.
• Manage attendance, coach and counsel employees to reflect company standards.
• Create expectations, lead staff, and manage processes.
• Ensure operations and cash handling comply with policies and procedures.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of the building.
• Manage display area to optimize sales and ease of use.
• Introduce and implement new procedures and policies within the branch.
• Conduct regular staff meetings and reviews.
