Job summary

Turner Construction Company in Austin, TX seeks a Procurement Admin with SourceBlue to oversee equipment and product procurement and supply chain services for assigned projects. You will review packages for compliance, prepare scope of work and bid responses, level vendor bids, and coordinate with Owners, Architects, Consultants, and Suppliers to resolve issues.

The role includes managing submittals and shop drawings, tracking budgets and costs, handling change orders, and supporting close-out

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field with 1 year of experience.
• Familiar with construction products and scheduling, estimating, and basic accounting procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret contract documents, drawings, and specifications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with SourceBlue team and stakeholders to resolve product issues.
• Review equipment and procurement packages for compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Prepare scope of work, coordinate matrices, and bid response forms for vendor bids.
• Receive and level vendor bids and cross-check against project documents for technical compliance.
• Attend project and vendor site visits to review tests on products as needed.
• Manage submittals and shop drawings, assess alignment to contract specs, and resolve conflicts.
