Job summary

Mobile Modular Management Corporation - A Division of McGrath is seeking a Construction Supervisor in Redmond, WA to provide hands-on leadership for modular construction projects. You’ll oversee production teams, coordinate schedules, and ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery of work across multiple crews.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on construction experience in remodeling, renovation, repair, or building modifications
• 3+ years supervisory/leadership experience in construction, production, or related environment
• Knowledge of carpentry, electrical, and plumbing trades
• Experience managing multiple projects, schedules, and competing priorities
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, floor plans, work orders, and construction documents
• Experience with LEAN, process improvement, or operational efficiency initiatives
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop employees
• Strong focus on workplace safety and improving safety practices
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Teams
• Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Deliver modular construction projects safely, on time, on budget, and to quality standards
• Lead production teams by assigning work, setting priorities, monitoring progress, and removing obstacles
• Oversee repair, refurbishment, modification, maintenance, and other modular construction projects
• Review blueprints, plans, work instructions, schedules, estimates, and technical documents
• Coordinate inventory, materials, purchase orders, project support, and logistics
• Partner with Operations, Sales, Service, Transportation, and other teams to support successful project execution and customer service
• Manage relationships with vendors, manufacturers, and subcontractors, including pricing, service, inventory, transportation, and installation needs
• Improve workflows, reduce costs, and support LEAN and 6S initiatives
• Train, coach, and develop employees through ongoing feedback, cross-training, performance reviews, and development opportunities
• Build an engaged, accountable team focused on collaboration, safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement
• Maintain safe work practices, equipment inspections, training, audits, toolbox talks, and applicable OSHA requirements
• Ensure work complies with applicable building codes, regulations, and quality standards
• Perform other duties as assigned.
