Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on construction/remodeling/repair experience.
• 3+ years supervisory or team leadership experience in a construction/production environment.
• Experience reading blueprints, schematics, work orders, and construction documents.
• Experience implementing LEAN methodologies, process improvements, or efficiency initiatives.
• Strong leadership, coaching, mentoring, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, Outlook and Teams.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality modular construction projects on time and on budget.
• Provide hands-on leadership by working directly alongside production teams to establish priorities, assign work, monitor progress, and ensure quality standards.
• Deliver administrative and inventory support functions impacting production operations, including inventory coordination, logistics, and vendor relations.
• Coordinate resources, scheduling, logistics, customer needs, and project execution with Operations, Sales, Service and Transportation.
• Maintain vendor base and negotiate pricing and service agreements to strengthen partnerships.
• Lead LEAN initiatives and 6S to improve workspace organization and efficiency.
• Develop team members through coaching, mentoring, and performance reviews.
