Job summary

Progress Residential is seeking a Construction Superintendent - LC to oversee turn projects, determine labor and material needs, and provide QA throughout workflows. The role collaborates with approved vendors and internal teams, tracks costs, maintains records, and ensures punch lists are completed to standards.

Responsibilities include scheduling, quality inspections, basic repairs, safety compliance and producing regular reports.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and valid Driver's License.
• 5+ years of experience as a superintendent, PM, or production home representative.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, flooring, appliances, landscaping and irrigation systems.
• Good communication skills (oral & written) and ability to schedule work with residents.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and determine labor, vendor and material needs for construction projects.
• Coordinate and schedule work with the Project Coordinator or directly.
• Track and assign work to third party vendors to move homes to rent-ready status.
• Conduct quality control inspections and address punch list items.
• Prepare property inspections, cost estimates and condition reports.
• Communicate changes to scope, schedule and costs.
• Handle basic repairs to reduce cycle times.
• Ensure all safety standards are followed.
• Support weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
