Job summary

Progress Residential, LLC in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Construction Superintendent - LC to drive turn projects with vendors and internal teams. You will estimate costs and labor, track progress, perform quality control, and prepare reports to keep homes rent-ready quickly.

The role requires 5+ years in construction supervision or related positions, strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and related systems, and solid communication with residents and contractors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a superintendent, project manager or production home representative.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, flooring, appliance, landscaping and irrigation systems.
• Good communication skills and ability to schedule work with residents

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and review scope of work to determine labor, vendor and material needs.
• Coordinate and schedule work through the Project Coordinator.
• Track and assign work to third party vendors to move homes to rent-ready status quickly.
• Perform quality control inspections and ensure punch list items are completed.
• Complete property inspections, cost estimates and reports.
• Communicate changes to scope, schedule and costs.
• Assist in basic repairs to reduce cycle times.
• Ensure safety standards are upheld.
• Prepare and circulate weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting.
