Job summary

Progress Residential, LLC is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent - LC to oversee turn projects on our single-family homes. You will estimate labor and costs, coordinate with approved vendors and internal crews, and ensure quality control from inspection through turnover to rent-ready status.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in superintendent roles, strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and related systems, and proven ability to manage scope, schedule and safety across

Qualifications

• High School graduate with a valid Driver’s License and 5+ years in superintendent or related role.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, flooring, appliance, landscaping and irrigation systems.
• Strong communication and ability to schedule with residents

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections to determine labor, vendor and material needs.
• Coordinate and schedule work directly and through the Project Coordinator.
• Track and assign work to vendors to move homes to rent-ready status.
• Perform quality control inspections and address punch list items.
• Complete property inspections, costs and estimates.
• Communicate changes to project scope, schedule and costs.
• Complete basic repairs to shorten cycle times.
• Maintain workplace safety standards.
• Assist in creating and circulating weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
