Maine Drilling & Blasting (MD&B) invites recent graduates with a degree in Construction, Engineering, Mining, or related fields to join our Construction Superintendent Trainee (CST) program. You will learn drilling and blasting, safety, budgeting, procurement, and leadership in a structured internal program.

A dedicated mentor supports you as you progress toward supervisor and leadership roles, with travel across a multi-state footprint and comprehensive field training in varied environments.

Qualifications

• Recent College graduate with a degree in Construction, Engineering, Mining, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Join the CST program and Leadership Development Program to build a broad range of skills.
• Travel within a multi-state area; meals and hotels are covered.
• Perform laboring, drilling, and blasting as part of hands-on training.
• Develop leadership and project supervision capabilities for future roles.
