Maine Drilling & Blasting is hiring for its Construction Superintendent Trainee (CST) program. This entry-level leadership role focuses on safety, drilling and blasting basics, and professional growth within a structured development track.

As a CST, you will travel across multiple states, learn from mentors, and build skills to move toward supervisory and leadership positions in support of the company’s growth. A college degree in a related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Recent college graduate in a construction, engineering, mining, or related field.
• Willingness to travel across a multi-state footprint and hotels/meals coverage.
• Strong safety mindset and commitment to operating with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Learn drilling and blasting operations and leadership fundamentals.
• Join an internal Leadership Development Program and mentorship track.
• Support project supervision, procurement, and logistics as you progress.
