Full‑Time | Nationwide Travel

We’re hiring a hands‑on Superintendent to lead self‑perform field crews on projects across the country. This is not a sit‑in‑the‑trailer role — we’re looking for a strong field leader with a solid background in the trades (steel experience preferred) who knows how to drive production, enforce safety, and deliver quality work. Our self‑perform projects typically last anywhere from one week to four months and change frequently to keep things interesting. No relocation required.
