Job summary

Gideon Construction is seeking an experienced Construction General Foreman for a full-time travel position. This role is a growth track towards a Construction Superintendent for high-performing leaders.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge across multiple trades and strong leadership skills. Benefits include a salaried position, performance bonus, per diem while traveling, and a company truck. You will have 5 paid days home every 4 weeks.

This is a long-term opportunity with advancement based on performance.

We're hiring an experienced Construction General Foreman with multi-trade experience for a full-time travel role. This position is a defined growth track to Construction Superintendent for high-performing field leaders.

What You’ll Do

• Lead labor / field crews across multiple trades (Demo, Framing, Doors/Hardware, Light Grading Work, Etc.)
• Support the Superintendent with daily site operations or run small scopes with no direct superintendent.
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Read plans and resolve field issues.
• Train and develop crew members.
