Job summary

Fullwiler Construction is seeking a Construction Superintendent to own projects from ground break through completion. You will lead subcontractors, manage schedules, and coordinate documentation while maintaining high-quality standards across residence projects in Snohomish and King Counties.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in Superintendent roles, strong experience with townhomes or small multifamily builds, and comfort coordinating site work and utilities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a Superintendent or PM/Superintendent hybrid.
• Strong experience with residential builds, townhomes, or small multifamily projects.
• Experience coordinating site work, dirt work, and underground utilities.
• Experience with BuilderTrend, Construction Online, Procore, or similar systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across assigned job sites, coordinating subcontractors and schedules.
• Ensure quality workmanship throughout all phases of construction.
• Coordinate inspections, permits, utilities, and city interactions.
• Manage punch lists and project closeout items.
• Perform light carpentry or jobsite adjustments when needed.
• Maintain project budgets and approve invoices for assigned projects.
• Maintain daily logs and documentation in construction management software.
• Provide weekly written updates to clients and leadership.
