With projects primarily in the Seattle Arlington corridor, candidates will handle budgets and schedules for developments worth between $1M and $8M.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a Superintendent or PM/Superintendent hybrid.
• Strong experience with residential builds, townhomes, or small multifamily projects.
• Experience coordinating site work, dirt work, and underground utilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across assigned job sites.
• Coordinate subcontractors and maintain project schedules.
• Ensure quality workmanship throughout all phases of construction.
• Track project budgets and approve invoices related to assigned projects.
• Maintain daily logs and documentation in construction management software.
