Qualifications

• Experience leading projects of $20M+ from sitework through final turnover.
• OSHA 30 and other relevant certifications preferred.

Overview

• Oversee day-to-day on-site operations for ground-up multifamily and mixed-use projects
• Direct field coordination of subcontractors, trades, equipment, and materials
• Maintain and enforce the project schedule, working closely with PMs and project engineers
• Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and local codes
• Conduct site inspections, resolve field issues proactively, and keep documentation up to date
• Foster a positive and productive jobsite culture while representing the company professionally

Qualifications

• 7+ years of superintendent experience with a focus on ground-up multifamily or wood-frame construction
• Strong working knowledge of building systems, codes, and modern construction methods
• Experience leading projects of $20M+ from sitework through final turnover
• Tech-savvy and organized: experience using Procore, MS Project, or similar tools
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• OSHA 30 and other relevant certifications preferred
