Qualifications

• 5–10 years of multifamily construction experience as a Superintendent.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision‑making skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily on-site construction operations, ensuring work aligns with plans and schedules.
• Review drawings, specifications, and scope of work; understand contractual obligations.
• Implement, maintain, and drive the project schedule.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and labor to meet milestones.
• Monitor safety regulations and ensure OSHA standards compliance.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and alignment with project specs.
