Job Details

The experienced Superintendent will help oversee the day-to-day construction projects of luxury residential homes from groundbreaking through completion. This role will help manage subcontractors, schedules, inspections, quality control, and overall jobsite operations.

• Manage daily construction activities and onsite operations.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and trades.
• Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are met.

Qualifications

• Experience with high-end residential construction (or custom homes) is required
• Strong knowledge of residential construction, sequencing, and building codes.

• Strong subcontractor management and scheduling skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with construction software
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• A degree is not required but preferred.
