Job summary

ARCO is seeking a highly motivated Superintendent Intern to join our team for the summer. You will assist on jobsites, learn scheduling and subcontractor coordination, and contribute to project execution from start to finish.

The role emphasizes hands-on learning, strong communication, and a path to full-time opportunities after graduation. Housing near the jobsite and per diem are provided along with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or other related degree programs.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0.
• Co-op or Intern construction experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a strong work ethic.
• Possess and maintain a current, valid driver's license in your state of residence.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including standing/walking, uneven terrain, bending, kneeling, crouching, stair climbing and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work on Jobsites and gain hands-on experience on projects in diverse industries.
• Learn on-the-job skills from the Superintendent, including scheduling, coordinating subcontractors, and project execution.
• Contribute to ARCO’s success by performing critical tasks across the project life cycle.
