Job summary

ARCO National Holdings is seeking a motivated Superintendent Intern to join our field team this summer. You will work on jobsites across multiple industries, learn scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and project execution under the guidance of experienced Superintendents.

Eligible students are enrolled in related degree programs with a GPA of 3.0 or higher. A valid driver's license and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related degree programs.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0.
• Co-op or Intern construction experience preferred, but not required.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a strong work ethic.
• Possess and maintain a current, valid driver's license in your state of residence.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job: standing/walking, uneven terrain, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs, lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist Superintendents with on-site work on various projects (commercial, industrial, distribution, office, multi-family).
• Learn scheduling, coordinating with subcontractors, and running a project from start to finish.
• Make meaningful contributions to ARCO’s project life cycle and success.
