Job summary

Belisle Construction, Inc is seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and on-site implementation for our restaurant construction portfolio.

You will coordinate field teams, manage safety, quality, and client communications, travel as needed, and ensure work aligns with plans and codes.

Candidates should have prior construction management experience, particularly in restaurant projects, and be proficient with CM software; strong leadership required.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction management or related fields.
• Restaurant construction experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with construction management software.
• Strong leadership qualities and ability to manage teams.
• Deadline- and detail-oriented with focus on quality.
• Willingness to travel for project sites.
• Knowledge of ground-up, remodel, and tenant-fit-out work.
• Experience with site work and utility installation.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
• Allocate resources for assigned projects
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
• Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
• Enforce quality control to the clients expectations
• Maintain project schedule throughout varying circumstances and conditions
• Must be willing to travel

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
• Restaurant construction experience
• Familiarity with construction management software
• Strong leadership qualities
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Must be willing to travel
• Must be familiar in all aspects of ground up, remodel and tenant fit out construction
• Must be familiar in site work and utility work

Travel within midwest regions would be a plus
